CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations for the following reasons are subject to a 100% refund:
- Change in cruise ship itinerary or not ship able to dock on time
- Cancellation with 3 days prior notice
- If operator cancels the tour for weather or sea conditions
- For any other legitimate reason please let us know and we will take it from there ;).
RESERVATIONS
All reservation inquiries are personally processed and when confirmed, a 25% deposit of the total price is requested. The deposit can be paid online through Paypal.com, upon receiving our request. Deposits are a 100% refundable, please see cancellation policies for more information.
