Reservation of Cozumel Glass Bottom Boat Snorkeling requires a deposit payment of only $10.00 per person, the balance can be paid upon arrival at the departure location..

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations of this tour are subject to 100% refund (no fees involved) if:

• Client cancels with minimum 3 days prior notice (by email, chat or phone)

• Weather conditions do not allow participation in this tour (operator's decision)

• Ship arrives late and we are not able to accommodate the tour departure

• Ship does not come into port for whatever reasons

• For any other legitimate reason please let us know and we will take it from there ;).

FAQ's

- Where are we snorkeling, I don't know Colombia or Palancar Reefs?

    Colombia and Palancar reefs are the most popular reefs inside the marine park, where only a chosen few have the licenses to go snorkeling. They are believed to be the absolutely best reefs to snorkel in Cozumel and since we are departing from a nearby beach club, it is just a short boat ride out to the reefs, so you spend more time snorkeling than riding on the boat!

- We have some first time snorkelers in our group, would that be an issue?

    Not at all. Our guides are experienced and certified and keep a good eye on everybody at all times and also include a brief introduction to snorkeling prior to the tour departure. Snorkel flotation vests are provided and not only provide great safety but also add to the comfort of snorkeling, swimming and floating on the waters. The reefs are shallow so you get to see more from the underwater world.

- Is there shade on the boat? My children may decide to stay on the boat and watch.

    Yes, all our boats have shade and are perfect for non snorkelers to observe the reef through the windows of the glass bottom snorkel boat!

- Does anybody speak English in case I need help?

    Yes of course, from captain to crew and guide, everybody speaks English.
