Cozumel Island Buggy and Snorkel Tour Departures and Duration:

Departures available from Monday to Saturday at 10:30am and 12:30pm (CST local time, may be one hour behind ship's time if sailing out of Florida. This departure is designed for ships coming into port at 1pm ship's time)

Total tour duration is 5 hours. For special departures, please email us.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations of this tour are subject to 100% refund (no fees involved) if:

• Client cancels with minimum 7 days prior notice (by email, chat or phone)

• Weather conditions do not allow participation in this tour (operator's decision)

• Ship arrives late and we are not able to accommodate the tour departure

• Ship does not come into port for whatever reasons

• For any other legitimate reason please let us know and we will take it from there ;).

FAQ's

- I have never been driving stick shift vehicles or Dune Buggies...will I be able to drive safely?

    Yes, you will be well instructed by the tour guides and driving stick shifts is very very easy and not dangerous. the Buggies are vehicles that are very easy to drive and in good conditions.

- Can I drive the Dune Buggy Tour with my US driver's license or driving permit?

    Yes, US driver's license applies in Mexico as does the drivers permit. Minimum age for driving is 21 years old.

- Will I need to buy additional insurance for this Dune Buggy Island Tour?

    No, insurance is provided as by law and included in the Dune Buggy Island Tour Shore Excursion for a worry free Island Tour of Cozumel Island Mexico.

- What are the driving regulations in Cozumel?   

    Basically the same as in the United States or Europe...speed limits, stop signs, etc...Cozumel is a small island with little traffic and you will be guided accordingly.

- Can I get lost or left behind on this tour?

    Impossible. All our guides are highly professional and all Jeeps are equipped with an interconnected communication system. Driving in Cozumel is very easy!
