Cozumel Jet Skis and WaveRunner Departures and Duration:

For coming to Cozumel Ocean Beach Resort, you just need to take one of the many taxis (cost not included) available at your cruise terminal for a short 8 minute ride to the beach. Beach Club opens at 9am CST.

There is no set duration, you may stay as long as you desire, the Beach Resort closes at 5pm CST. Jet Ski price is per half hour use of Jet Ski in Cozumel.

Cancellation Policies

For the Cozumel Jet Skis Adventure from the Beach Excursion, we issue full refund if:
- Cancelled with minimum 48 hours prior notice (by phone or email).
- Your ship gets into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
- Your ship misses the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator of delivering the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from save participation in the excursion.

Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.

- Is there a minimum age for driving a Jet Ski?

    Yes, minimum age for driving is 16 years old. Younger folks may ride as passenger with an adult without problem.

- Is the beach usually crowded?

   The Ocean Beach Resort only accepts a maximum of 50 people on reservations, so the beach is designed not to be crowded.

- Are Jet Skis easy to drive, like a motorcycle?

    They are very easy to drive, no shifting gears whatsoever. Just be aware that they turn different than a motorcycle and cannot stop abruptly. When chasing and playing with others, be careful and always watch distances and other Jet Ski or boat traffic.

- What happens if I fall down? Will the Jet Ski continue driving and causing danger?

    No, the jet ski key is attached to the driver's wrist and in case the driver falls down, the machine is stopped automatically.
