Parasailing Restrictions

Maximum weight is 500lbs, minimum weight is 70lbs. Children may need to ride with a parent or adult on tandem flight.

Cancellation Policies

For the Cozumel Parasailing in Paradise Excursion, we issue full refund if:
- Cancelled with minimum 48 hours prior notice (by phone or email).
- Your ship gets into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
- Your ship misses the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator of delivering the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from save participation in the excursion.

Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.

- How safe is Parasailing in Cozumel?

    Cozumel maintains an exceptionally high level of safety in all of its water and adventure activities, especially in Parasailing. All units are certified and fully insured and keep a high level of professional maintenance.

- Do we start the sail from the beach or a pier.

    No, and this is for very good reasons. Many accidents in Parasailing result from unsafe starts from shore, all our tours start from the special platform on the boat and end on the same platform again, not in the water as one could think!

- Can I take a camera with me?

    Yes, although we do not take any responsibility in this situation, 99% of our flights end again on the platform and many people take their camera on the flight.

- I have kids, can they go alone?

    Kids of 16 years old and older can fly alone, for younger participants we recommend to do a tandem / double Parasail flight with an adult.
