Minimum age for participation is 6 years, minimum age for driving is 16 years old, maximum combined weight per boat is 650lbs. This tour is not suitable for women during pregnancy and people with recent neck or back injury. Depending on the ocean conditions, the sea may be bumpy

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations of this tour are subject to 100% refund (no fees involved) if:

• Client cancels with minimum 7 days prior notice (by email, chat or phone)

• Weather conditions do not allow participation in this tour (operator's decision)

• Ship arrives late and we are not able to accommodate the tour departure

• Ship does not come into port for whatever reasons

• For any other legitimate reason please let us know and we will take it from there ;).

- How long is the transportation to the Speed Boat and Beach in Cozumel?

    The transportation one way to the Private Beach Club in Cozumel is approximately 10 to 15 minutes. All transportation is organized and coordinated by the tour staff.

- How much time is spent driving the Powerboat?

    The ATV driving portion of this adventure tour in Cozumel is approximately 1 hour and the PowerBoat Tour is also approximately 1 hour.

- What happens if by boat breaks down?

    In case of a boat break down, the professional guides will immediately repair or replace your boat. This tour is a safe tour with 2 guides in individual boats and with radio communication at all times.

- Do I need a drivers license for this tour?

    Yes, a drivers license or permit is required.

- I have never driven a boat before...will I be able to drive and have fun?

    Yes, absolutely! This tour is designed for beginner and advanced boating fans. The boats are very easy to drive and the area is safe with very limited traffic and hardly any objects...enjoy driving like on ....20 highway lanes with no radars and police! ;)

- Is there an opportunity to swim and be at the beach on this boat tour in Cozumel?

    Of course! First you will be visiting a secluded beach Robinson Crusoe style, where you can swim, relax, stroll along the beach, etc. Then, back at the Private Beach Club there is a fresh water swimming pool as well as the beach of course...this IS a beach tour!
