First, meet them in waist deep water, 30+ of them will surround you and friendly touch your legs, asking you to feed them. Feed the Cozumel Stingrays directly with your had, letting the Rays eat out of your hand! Touch them while they eat and then your knowledgeable guide will lift one on his arms to show you every part of this fantastic Stingrays. Touch up-close until your Stingray guide will allow you to hold one in your own hands, a fantastic feeling indeed...nature up-close. Then, move to the deeper part of the Stingrays in Cozumel, equipped with your full snorkel equipment you will be able to swim and dive with the Stingrays. Total duration is approximately 2 hours.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations of this tour are subject to 100% refund (no fees involved) if:

• Client may cancels with a minimum of 3 days notice prior to arrival in Cozumel

• Weather conditions do not allow participation in this tour (operator's decision)

• Ship arrives late and we are not able to accommodate the tour departure

• Ship does not come into port for whatever reasons

• For any other legitimate reason please let us know and we will take it from there ;).

FAQ's

- I have never personally seen or met stingrays, do I need to be afraid or take special precaution?

    Great you have never interacted with these wonderful animals, this will only contribute to a unique and out of the ordinary experience. You do not need to be afraid at all, there is absolutely no reason for being afraid. There rays have been domesticated and also their stings are cropped, so that there is absolutely no danger. These animals only use their stings for self defense when pressured so even if they had the sting, they would not use it. No special precaution is necessary, all recommendations on how to tough the rays so they like it is provided by your knowledgeable guide before the tour.

- Do I need to bring anything special to this tour?

    No, all necessary equipment is provided, just take along swim suit , towel, change of clothes, money for tips (not mandatory) and an adventurous mood!

- Is the tour location far from the cruise ship piers?

    No, it is just a 10 to 15 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride away.
