Cozumel Xrail and Jade Caverns Tour Departures and Duration:

Departures available from Monday to Saturday at 9:00am, 10:00am and 12:00pm, 1pm and 3pm (CST local time, may be one hour behind ship's time if sailing out of Florida)

Restrictions

Minimum age for driving the ATX Xrail is 16 years old, children between 6 and 15 years of age may participate as passengers (adult or parent is driver).

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations of this tour are subject to 100% refund (no fees involved) if:

• Client cancels with minimum 3 days prior notice (by email, chat or phone)

• Weather conditions do not allow participation in this tour (operator's decision)

• Ship arrives late and we are not able to accommodate the tour departure

• Ship does not come into port for whatever reasons

• For any other legitimate reason please let us know and we will take it from there ;).

FAQ's

- How long is the transportation to the Xrail Camp?

    The transportation one way is approximately 20 minutes.

- How much time is spent driving the All Terrain Xrail Vehicles in the Cozumel Jungle?

    A total of approximately 1.5-2 hours is spent driving with various stops throughout the tour.

- Are the Xrails difficult to drive? What kind of terrain is the ATX tour on?

    The vehicles are easy to drive and fully automatic. You will see a short video, guide explanation and all instructions are provided..don't worry be excited! Safety comes first on this tour and guides are happy working professionals!

- Does anybody speak English in case I need help?

    Yes of course, besides the mechanic who is always with a guide, everybody is speaking English and Spanish fluently. They are prepared to assist you in every situation.

- Can I go swimming in the Caverns?

    Yes, we also provide life jackets. Your guide will lead you to the caverns and make sure everybody feels safe. If you do not want to go swimming, don't worry and enjoy the view.
