Join us on a Parasail flight, single or double or as an observer, from the famous Allegro Resort in Cozumel. You can enjoy this Parasailing trip from the Allegro Resort as a customer of our Allegro Resort Cozumel Beach Day Pass or as a resort guest of the Allegro All Inclusive Beach Resort Cozumel.

Parasailing in Cozumel at the Allegro Resort is a famous water sport, fly high on an up to 600ft line and enjoy a gorgeous view of the crystal clear blue waters of Cozumel, the coastline, the island, the reefs and much more. Parasailing from Allegro Resort in Cozumel is one of the best parasailing trips in Cozumel.

You may spend the rest of your day enjoying all the resort facilities with your Allegro All Inclusive Day Pass that includes open bar, buffet, swimming pool, lounge chairs, and more.  Cost of Day Pass is extra.

For the Cozumel Parasailing from Allegro Resort, you will meet directly at the Allegro Resort, all necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

• We suggest sensible shoes - no high heels.
• Please note that the resort charges each guest an additional $4.00 USD fee to use their pier for parasailing. This is not included and must be paid in cash on-site.
• Not available on Sundays

• Parasailing is only available for guests Allegro Resort guests or if you purchased the Allegro All Inclusive Day Pass.
• The minimum weight is 125lbs (55Kg) for solo flight.
• Maximum individual or combined weight is 350lbs (160Kg).
• The exact minimum and maximum are determined by the boat captain due to wind/water conditions at that moment.
• Minors under the age of 16 years old need to parasail with a parent or guardian. One of the boat's staff can ride double with a child if the parent does not want to go up but just watch from the boat (single flight charge only for a child, observer fee for the parent).

Q. I want to fly but my spouse does not...can they come on the boat too? Show Answer

A. Yes, if space allows on the boat, they or other family/friends are welcome. There is an observer fee option on our order page.

Q. I do not want to get dipped in the water! Show Answer

A. No problem...that is your choice. Guests can be dipped up to their knees if they choose. Or not!

Q. Is the take-off rough? I have seen video clips online of people being hurt from beach take-offs. Show Answer

A. No, the take-off and landing are from the back of the boat. This makes for a smooth, comfortable, and very safe experience. You will board the boat from the beach and then the boat motors out from shore.

Q. What happens if I miss my departure because the ship arrives later? Show Answer

A. You can be rescheduled, just proceed to the meeting site or call us on the hotline number.

Q. May I take this Parasailing Excursion from the Allegro Resort if my mobility is limited? Show Answer

A. Yes, as long as, you are able to walk a few meters in the sand and to get on the boat.

Q. Is the Parasailing canceled if it is raining? Show Answer

A. The Parasailing Excursion may be able to operate in the rain, but all decisions are made with safety in mind first. Please check with our local operator on-site if your excursion is canceled due to weather.

Q. Do I need to take my passport with me on the Parasailing at Allegro Resort Cozumel to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket? Show Answer

A. No, it is not necessary to take along your passport or driver's license unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.

For the Parasailing at Allegro Resort Cozumel, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to info@cozumelwatersports.com.

For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
  
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
  
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
  
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
  
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
