Base price is for up to 10 people.  For each additional person from 11 to 15 passengers, there is additional per person cost.

You will meet at the local port in Cozumel, just a 5 minute taxi ride away from the south piers Puerta Maya and International pier, or a 10 minute taxi ride from the Punta Langosta downtown pier. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

• Corrective lens wearers please note: If you are planning to do a snorkel excursion, few if any operators have snorkel masks with magnification / corrective lens in them. We suggest that you might want to purchase a pair of stick-on lens to bring with you on the snorkeling shore excursion. These are relatively inexpensive and available at many drug type stores. The lens stick to the snorkel mask, peel off after use and can be reused.
• The average surface ocean water temperature is between 78-84F (25-29C). According to studies, the average bathwater temperature is 82F (27C). Enjoy!

• Some restrictions for water sports may apply to expecting mothers, people with high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes and/or similar. Please consult a medical professional for more information about safe participation in this activity.
• People under the influence of drugs, alcohol or similar substances that may prevent safe enjoyment, are not allowed to participate in water sports activities for their own safety.
• Scuba diving is not an available option due to permits.

A. The Deep Sea Fishing Yacht Charter Excursion can be operated in rain or shine, however it is the local operator who will decide if the excursion may be cancelled due to safety reasons.

Q. Do I need to take my passport with me on the Private Yacht Snorkel and Fishing Charter to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket? Show Answer

A. No, it is not necessary to take along your passport or driver's license (unless the excursion requires a driver's license as noted in "Restrictions" and/or "Notes"). Your local Shore Excursion Operator has your booking on hand and will await you showing the Electronic Ticket or a digital copy of it on a mobile device as all tickets can be QR code scanned.

For the Private Yacht Snorkel and Fishing Charter, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

• Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 7 days prior notice by email to: info@cozumelwatersports.com.
  
  For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:
  
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
  
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
  
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
  
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator or guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
